Tenant fees
Tenancy set-up for one tenancy: £50, shared with the landlord. This covers tenant referencing, the tenancy agreement, safety certificates, deposit registration and any required pre-let works.
Protection
Client money protected by Client Money Protect (CMP006969). Redress through The Property Ombudsman (T07253). Tenant deposits protected with mydeposits.

VAT is charged at 20%, so 12% plus VAT is 14.4% in total. We show both figures wherever a fee has VAT.
